Resilion runs your OT security program across every plant

Resilion, Hillstrong's OT execution platform, scores maturity against IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, routes site-tiered work to named owners, and stores evidence as tasks close. License it on its own, or with Hillstrong running the program.

Resilion delivers exactly what cybersecurity leadership and OT teams need: clarity, simplicity, and momentum… it bridges usability with real program execution.

Route the work. Keep the proof.

These screens are Resilion running a fictional manufacturer with 201 sites. Each task goes to a named owner at a named site. When the owner closes it, the evidence lands in the registry with their name on it.

// FAQ

Resilion, answered

Does Resilion connect to live OT systems?
No. Resilion works from your documentation, assessments, and program data. It does not touch control systems and does not require an agent on the plant floor.
How is Resilion different from a GRC tool?
Resilion drafts the governance you are missing, routes site-tiered tasks to the people who own them, and captures evidence as each task closes. A GRC tool records whether a control exists.
What standards does Resilion support?
IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and your internal standards. Resilion scores maturity against them and maps controls to each site by criticality.
How fast can we get a baseline?
Resilion starts from the standards, policies, and audit findings you already have, so the first maturity baseline does not wait on a new assessment.
How is Resilion priced?
A base platform fee plus a fee for each site. You can license Resilion on its own, or with Hillstrong running the program on your sites.
Is our data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each customer runs in its own isolated tenant. See the security and architecture page for how data is handled.
